Anytime a worthwhile read with any Brandon Holley/Christina Kelly descendents come along, you have to fucking kill it.
I realise that this one may have begun losing it's spark with the changes the April '07 issue brought along, but it was still the most amazing, non-bullshitting form of entertaining media on the stands this past year. Not to mention it was the only diggable magazine that could be bought in mass marketplaces and not force self-respecting people to have to drive across town to specialty book stores or search international printing sites to get. And with all those Hearst devils who can't seem to understand the words "cancel my subscription(s)," my lovely Jane was my most anticipated mail every month.
And now I have to settle for middle-aged "fashion and beauty icons" that litter the In Styles and Allures of the greater United States.
Thanks for once again destroying my faith in think-for-yourself journalism.
